Refund policy

return policy:

as a (super) small business, we are currently unable to accept returns once a product has been shipped. this policy is in place to reduce waste and to support our efforts in lowering over-consumption. 

to be mindful of our habits as consumers, we kindly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients to make informed purchases. 

10-day issue reporting:

if you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at hello@poorbabyinc.com

We will assess the situation and work diligently to address your concerns, which may include replacing the item or assisting in other ways.

if a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed to your original method of payment. keep in mind, processing times can vary and it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
